Dear Valued Customers:
I know I don’t need to tell you that today’s gasoline prices are much higher than any of us expected. As I write, the average price for a gallon of gasoline in Dallas, Texas is $1.89.
As your courier company, our job description is pretty simple: Transport information in a cheerful, professional and cost effective manner. Clearly, fuel is our single biggest cost factor as each of our couriers drives on average over 1,000 miles every week delivering packages throughout the metroplex.
We have good drivers and in order to keep them on the road, we need to soften the impact of rising gas prices by implementing a small and temporary fuel surcharge to our deliveries. At today’s gas prices, the surcharge will add about 30 cents to the average delivery and 100% of it will go directly to the driver who performs your delivery.
We ask for and greatly appreciate your understanding during these unusual times. This increase will only last as long as gas prices remain high. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me directly.

Fuel Surcharge
* The temporary fuel surcharge rate will be based on the AAA Fuel Gauge Report for Dallas, Texas and will be updated every Monday. The surcharge will be strictly limited to the base delivery charge and not applied to any supplemental service charges (notary service, weight, truck charge, etc.).
